Thank you for visiting Reed's Retics.com. My name is Jason Reed and I
am the heart and soul of Reed's Retics, I do have help from my oldest
son Cole who shares my love for these amazing pythons. I also have
another son Waylon who is full of fire and not afraid of anything.
Needless to say i have my hands full. I coach both of their baseball
teams and that is simply greatness to help young kids learn something
that they knew nothing about and turn it into a passion. I started
looking for and catching Native Texas insects and reptiles at a young
age. I lived across from a 110 acre field that was full of wildlife so
a passion was born! I found larger pythons in the late 1990's and knew
that was what I wanted to work with. After looking at Reticulated
Pythons there was nothing else that could hold my interest. Retics are
intelligent and very witty creatures of habit! I've been working with
Reticulated Pythons for more than a decade and have learned endless
knowledge from some of the originators of mainland size and Dwarf
Retics! If you pay attention to retics, you can learn something new
everyday! They are truly fascinating creatures! If you have any
