Payment Plans: Arrangements for payment plans can be arranged for large or expensive purchases. Every situation is different. So contact me, let me know what you can afford and we will work something out. A deposit is required to hold any animal(s). All deposits are non-refundable. Live Arrival Guarantee: I offer a live arrival guarantee when temperatures are between 45-85 degrees (Fahrenheit), and ONLY when someone is available to sign for the package upon delivery. *NOTICE: Live arrival guarantee will be voided if you supply the wrong shipping information. Should any animal(s) arrive expired, you must notify me within 8 hours of receiving the the animal. If I do not hear from you within 8 hour of delivery, I will assume that the animal(s) arrived live. Health Guarantee: I offer a 48 hour health guarantee on our retics. If i do not hear from you with in 48 hours of receiving the of your animal(s), I will assume that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and consider out transaction complete. Guarantee Of Sex: I offer a 100% guarantee that your animal(s) will be the correct sex. I do, however expect you to double check the sex of the animal and notify me within 48 hours if it appears the animal(s) are the wrong sex. If I have not heard from you within 48 hours, I will consider our transaction complete. |
